Deposit and cancellation policy

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price will be required to confirm any package at any of the lodges operated by the company. This deposit must be made within twenty (20) days from the reservation date of the package. If the deposit is not made within the timeframe the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The balance due shall be paid at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed arrival date to the lodges.

Refund

The aforementioned deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
There will be also no refund for any unused portion of the package.

In no event the lodges or their owners or managers shall be responsible for any cancellation of the services due to inclement weather, any event of force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of the lodges, its owners or management.
By making a reservation at any of our lodges in any manner, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Separate terms and conditions may apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
We strongly urge you to purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Mix Bag 4 & 1/2 days of shooting: 5 mornings and 4 afternoons

DAY 1 arrival to Bs As or Montevideo airport and relax at the lodge
DAY 2 pigeon hunting in the morning and doves in the afternoon

DAY 5 perdiz hunting over pointing dogs and doves in the afternoon
DAY 6 Dorado fishing* or doves at the fields, departure to the airport after lunch

Cast & Blast 4 ½ days program of fishing and hunting: 5 mornings and 4 afternoons

MONTEVIDEO - CAPITAL, URUGUAY – DOVE SHOOTING

Doves (hunting can be arranged per full or half day)

Distance: 45 minutes driving from Montevideo Capital

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Privet Lodge San Cirilo will be purchased for a group minimum 8 hunters that pay full rate during the Mix Bag Season / same conditions for Cast & Blast, Dove Hunt and Dorado fishing season
• Extra hunts can be organized always depending on managers / owners decisions and charged accordingly
• 10% discount for repeatitive clients. Notice: the discount goes for those clients consequently repetitive and not apply if special rates or promotions
